• Existing Students & K4 of Existing Families May Register Mon., Jan. 12th to Fri., Jan. 23rd at the School Office from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Parents may also register following the PTO meeting on Mon., Jan. 12th or on Sat., Jan. 24th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• IMPORTANT REMINDER: After Jan. 24th, current SGA students who have NOT registered must apply for admission as a NEW STUDENT.
• K4 & K5 of SGA Alumni may register Mon., Jan. 26th to Wed., Jan 28th at School Office from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• NEW FAMILIES may register for K4 & K5 beginning Mon., Feb. 2nd at School Office from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• NEW STUDENTS in Grades 1st to 12th may apply for admission beginning Mon., Feb. 2nd at School Office from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• NOTICE: K4 Students must be 4 years old by September 1, 2009, and K5 students must be 5 years old, and will be accepted on a first come basis until enrollment is met.
• Registration for K4 & K5 students includes copies of the following:

1. Certificate of Live Birth
2. Certificate of Ear/Eye/Dental exam (Health Dept Form 3300)
3. Pre-School Certificate of Immunization (K4 students), which includes required Hepatitis B vaccinations (Health Dept From 3231 Georgia Form Only)
4. Certificate of Immunizations form 3231 for K5 Students (Georgia Form Only)
5. Copy of Social Security Card

• Applications for new students in grades 1st to 12th will be accepted for classes with vacancies.
• Each application must include a $500 deposit, & an entrance test ($20 fee) will be administered on a later date.
• All admissions are the decision of the SGA Admissions Committee.
• Late fees will apply same as Tuition. If not paid by the 10th of the month, a $20 late fee will be applied to your account.
• SGA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, national or ethnic origin in its admissions, employment, & administration of School Policies, Programs, & Activities.
• We gladly accept Visa & MasterCard.

One Student Payment Options:

• $4100 - 1 payment due at Registration
• $4150 - 1 payment of $2075.00 due at Registration & $2075.00 due by Nov. 10th (includes $50.00 charge)
• $4210 - 11 payments with 1st payment of $382.70 and 10 @ $382.73 due on the 10th day of each month from Jan. to Nov. (includes $110.00 charge)

Two Students Payment Options:

• $7675 - 1 payment due at Registration
• $7725 - 1 payment of $3862.50 due at Registration & $3862.50 due by Nov. 10th (includes $50.00 charge)
• $7785 - 11 payments with 1st payment of $707.70 and 10 @ $707.73 due on the 10th day of each month from Jan. to Nov. (includes $110.00 charge)

Three Students Payment Options:

• $10,400 - 1 payment due at Registration
• $10,450 - 1 payment of $5225.00 due at Registration & $5225.00 due by Nov. 10th (includes $50.00 charge)
• $10,510 - 11 payments with 1st payment of $955.40 and 10 @ $955.46 due on the 10th day of each month from Jan. to Nov. (includes $110.00 charge)

Four Students or More Payment Options:  (Fourth child or more add $1650.00 per child.)

In addition to the above tuition & building fee, a PTO Fee of $100 per child is to be paid at Registration or can be divided into 3 payments as stated below:

• 1 Child - ($100): $33.34 due 2/10 $33.33 due 5/10 & $33.33 due 7/10
• 2 Children - ($200): $66.67 due 2/10 $66.67 due 5/10 & $66.66 due 7/10
• 3 Children - ($300): $100.00 due 2/10 $100.00 due 5/10 & $100.00 due 7/10
• 4 Children - ($400): $133.34 due 2/10 $133.33 due 5/10 & $133.33 due 7/10
• 5 Children - ($500): $166.67 due 2/10 $166.67 due 5/10 & $166.67 due 7/10

*To avoid the $200.00 late fee for existing families, you must register by January 24, 2009.  If you register after January 24, 2009, the $200 late fee is due on the day of registration along with your tuition payment.

1st MONTHLY PAYMENT (for January) IS DUE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION.

NEW!  If you choose not to work your concession or clean-up duty you may pay $100 per person at time of registration to SGA PTO.  You will not be contacted for work detail if you pay AT TIME OF REGISTRATION ONLY.  If you sign up to work or are assigned to work and do not show up you will be assessed a $200 per person fee which will be due the 10th of the month following work date.  A 10% late fee will be assessed each month on the outstanding balance.
